Welcome friends! My name is Rachelle Schwartz and I am a wife, a mother, and a business owner. By day I create beautiful luxury invitations, by night I dream up healthy foods for my family.

The day I found out I was going to become a mom, everything changed. I become hyper aware of what I was putting into and onto my body and how it might affect my unborn child. As my journey evolved, and I became a mother of 2 amazing girls, Piper and Greyson, my passion for health and wellness grew. I absolutely love experimenting with recipes, and making healthy foods fun for my whole family. I love empowering others with the knowledge they need to feed themselves and their families with powerful, healthy and above all delicious foods. 

I am also the co-owner of the luxury invitation company Wiley Valentine, which I have owned with business partner and bestie, Emily Owen since 2004. Being a working mother is something I understand, and live everyday. Finding the balance is a juggling act. Some days I have it down, other days are filled with mom guilt and melt downs. But above all I am eternally grateful for my family and my business. The fact that I get to do what I love every day with the flexibility to also be there for my kids is a true gift.
